About Me

Advocacy. Discretion. Results.

My mission as Chief Administrative Officer is simple: make every operational process seamless so our lead broker and agents can do what they do best—build meaningful relationships, advise Buyers, and negotiate the best terms!

From a young age, I have always been involved in the hustle and bustle of business. I learned a sense of duty by watching my mother and grandfather build a thriving family business, and my father, who developed his reputation as a respected doctor.

My path to real estate began when I decided to study Industrial Engineering, which gave me a solid foundation in understanding structures, adaptability in the workforce, and developing a discerning eye for opportunities. My early experience in transportation operations taught me how reliability is built—one process at a time. Years operating as the General Manager and Coach at a fitness & wellness business strengthened my discipline, service mindset, and resilience. As Sports Coordinator at a major social club, I learned event design, sponsorship outreach, and how to implement new software with diverse teams. In 2023, I stepped into real estate as an Inside Sales Agent, serving the Florida market remotely from Honduras; after a year, my determination and operational approach led to my rise to CAO at Luxury Home Consultants.

I lead three pillars that free our team to focus on clients: operations, marketing enablement, and executive support. On the operations side, I architect lead‑qualification and CRM automation in Follow Up Boss, coordinate software rollouts, and keep our data clean and actionable. I manage social media production and editorial governance in marketing so our voice is consistent and compliant. As executive support, I plan agendas and priorities for our CEO/Lead Broker, Bill Barrett, returning time to where he matters most, the Buyers.

My goal is to design systems that reflect that fiduciary standard every day. I apply Kaizen—the continuous improvement philosophy—through simple, practical questions: How do we shorten the path from lead to appointment? Are we using every tool to its full potential? Where can I give back time to Bill and our agents? I’m patient about pipeline building, too; we’ve nurtured relationships for years until Buyers were truly ready.

Today, I work hybrid between Fort Lauderdale and Honduras, operating across our platforms and coordinating with our partners. As a full bilingual speaker of English & Spanish, I’m comfortable bridging teams and markets. Above all, I’m dedicated to giving answers and results
